We use Square to securely process payments, and all payments are collected prior to your scheduled cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full cleaning fee since we have reserved that time for you.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. Our team will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost. We strive to ensure every cleaning meets our high standards and your expectations.
